The living area is rich in natural light thanks to the large windows and perfectly organized with a double sofa, a bookcase, and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. The large window door overlooks the outdoor terrace from which you can enjoy city views. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, with simple and linear blocks that focus on modern design for both finish and color – an ideal ally for delicious dinners, perhaps with a home chef! Guest access Located on the second floor without an elevator. There is one assigned parking space. Guests have reported that it is not suitable for a large car (the parking spot is big, but the road leading to it is narrow). It is also possible to park on the street around the building.
