The studio is located in the ground floor of a 90's mansion, just steps from the sea. Crystal clear waters opposite of mount Olympus visible in the morning, secluded beach with gravelly shore, big, newly refurbished pool with beautiful garden around it, flat 40"tv, wifi, amazing walk in the woods which ends in the sea, barbequing by the pool are the least a guest can experience. You can discover nature at its best in the 2000m2 common garden which extends to the Mediterranean pine forest. The space You will have for a while a bright and airy 17 sq m studio in a 1990's restored villa, on the hills of the mountain, 30m from the sea side. To reach the sea you just need to cross the road. The studio is a serene summer accommodation, with all the facilities needed and a privileged location just a few meters from the sea. It is designed to bring the coziness of the newly refurbished area together with the unique landscape of Mediterranean pine forest. The bedroom has got a build in wardrobe to accommodate your belongings. There are two over sized single beds available sized 100x200cm each, with crisp linen, fluffy duvets and comfortable pillows. A foldable guest bed is available upon request. A compact kitchen is combined with the living room which is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, hob, including kettle, dining table and three chairs etc. A wonderful bathroom with a shower bears a window-to-the-past. While this describes the interior of the studio, the exterior is where guests will spend most of the time, sunbathing by the swimming pool, reading under the pine or olive trees or barbequing in the garden. You'll have all amenities in this place: All beds are equipped with orthopaedic mattresses for a good night's sleep (sheets, bath and hand towels are provided and are changed weekly if you stay for a week or longer).
