GATES: There is one gate from the alley and another gate at the front of the property leading to the canals, dock and sidewalks. Enjoy! Other things to note The canals are flushed midweek, which just means that the water level might be lower midweek for 1-3 days. The water level is also lowered when there is rain in the forecast. On Monday mornings the garbage trucks come and it may be a little noisy for a few minutes.
