You'll be 4 miles from downtown Ellicottville where you can spend a day walking through the shops, restaurants, brewery and winery. Want outdoor adventure? Holiday Valley is 5 miles away, where you'll find the best skiing, tubing, mountain biking and golfing in the area. We're also just a short drive to Salamanca and Allegany state park where more thrills await! The space We fell in love with this area of western NY, specifically this little cabin and are excited to share it with you! Whether you're looking to rest after a long day of adventuring outdoors or want to escape the daily grind, this can be your happy place! Relax on one of the two covered porches or enjoy a campfire while surrounded by woodlands and privacy. We keep firewood stocked so you only need to show up ready for an escape. Though the cabin is in the woods, we provide all the amenities and space needed for a relaxing stay. An open plan living room with large couch and dining table is made for great meals and board game nights. There is fully stocked array of puzzles and games to enjoy. The fun can continue into the lofted game room featuring a pool table, scrabble wall and arcade game. TVs in the main living space and loft have DISH network channels and there is a DVD player available. The main floor has one bedroom with all the wooded rustic charm and full bathroom while the remaining two bedrooms and a beautifully renovated bathroom are located in the lower level. Please note there is satellite wifi. Guest access You have the entire house and 3 acres to yourself! Other things to note Wifi is available but it is satellite. It is not capable of high speed downloads or multiple devices. Cell reception is also limited but we are able to take and receive calls/texts at certain points in the house. TV channels are now available by DISH and we also stock board games and DVDs for entertainment.
