It is very bright thanks to its many windows, large rooms and the generous height of the finely decorated ceilings. It is furnished with family antiques and has a particular wooden floor in the living room dating back to the early twentieth century. The space The apartment measures a total of 121 square meters and is composed as follows: - 1 large living room with dining area and direct access to the terrace, - 1 fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, - 1 dining/breakfast room, - 1 bedroom for three people (one double and one single bed) with en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet and with direct access to the park, - 1 double bedroom for two people with a beautiful bathroom with frescoes in nineteenth-century style and with a stone bathtub set in the floor and separate restroom with toilet and bidet. The price includes: - final cleaning, - heating, - free parking, - free Wi-fi. Excluded from the price: - tourist tax (1.50 Euros per day for the first 5 nights over 12 years of age). Pets are not allowed. The villa is not suitable for disabled people. The villa is located just 20 minutes from Siena and is an ideal starting point for beautiful day trips and to reach the major Tuscan cities of historical and cultural interest. Montalcino can be reached in 40 minutes, Pienza in Val d'Orcia and San Gimignano in Chianti in 50 minutes, Montepulciano in an hour and Florence and Perugia in an hour and 15 minutes. The closest beach and sea are in Castiglione della Pescaia, which can be reached in just over an hour. Villa Buonsignori is a historic villa immersed in the green countryside around Siena, has medieval origins and owes its current shape to reconstruction interventions dating back to the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries. It has four apartments all comfortably finished and containing some antique furniture. The villa can be accessed through a picturesque and characteristic tree-lined avenue of cypresses of 350 meters in length. Around it there is a large park with a great variety of plants and centuries-old trees, where it is possible to rest and find refreshment in the shade on the hottest summer days as well as enjoy the first and warm rays of spring sunshine. On the back there is a large terrace which offers a magnificent view over the hills of Siena. At the disposal of the guests of the villa there are umbrellas, chairs and sun loungers. The covered parking is free and is inside the property. There is also a small laundry room in common with the other guests of the villa. The fast Wi-Fi internet connection is free and available throughout the property (speed 30 Mbps). You will be welcomed by the property itself, which also lives in the villa and which takes care of the family business's agricultural activity. You will always have someone to refer to in case of need and will be happy to help you with any requirement. The property shares with the guests only the internal courtyard and the stairs that access the two apartments on the upper floors. Guest access The apartment is exclusively private and reserved for your personal use. The only shared space is the external area, specifically the garden, which is shared with three other apartments in the building, if they are occupied by other guests.
