The lower level features three comfortable bedrooms and a renovated bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a full/twin bunk bed with a Lucid memory foam top. Bedroom 2 boasts a king-size bed with a Lucid memory foam top and a sliding door leading to an extensive ocean-facing deck. Bedroom 3 offers a queen-size bed and access to the extensive ocean-facing deck. Upstairs, discover a large, open-concept living area with incredible ocean views. Relax in this cozy and inviting space, perfect for unwinding. The main floor highlights large windows, a comfortable seating area, a spacious great room, and a fully-stocked, remodeled kitchen. An open deck facing the ocean is also located upstairs. A washer and dryer are conveniently provided on the ground level. This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests (maximum 6 adults, 1 child) across its three bedrooms. You'll find everything you need for delicious meals with a fully-stocked kitchen, including coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, salt/pepper, and basic spices. The area also boasts a variety of restaurants to explore. Beyond the home, enjoy the Outer Banks' vibrant activities! An outlet mall and plenty of shopping are nearby. Other things to note Renters must be 25 years old in order to rent. We require a copy of a valid driver's license that matches the reservation and a signed vacation rental agreement. Our home is best suited for families and couples. We have a strict NO PETS or ESA animals rule. There is an outdoor shower, clothesline, charcoal grill, and laundry provided downstairs. Rates include linens and towels. We are NOT animal friendly. Even though we love our fur babies, they create problems in our rentals. Since we accommodate people who may have allergies, we have opted to remain animal-free.
