BOOK ELSEWHERE IF THAT'S YOU. I DON'T NEED YOUR MONEY OR ISSUES. *No Visitors Allowed! Reservations must be made at least 2 hours before you're ready to check-in.* The space DON'T BOOK HERE Because No Visitors Allowed! (see house rules). 1 of 2 Affordable Third Floor Bedrooms Above A Gallery/Baking Kitchen, Near Center City With Free STREET Parking In-Front Of The Apartment. We're 10 minutes from Center City and we have plenty of free street parking right outside the building. The nearby train station gives easy access to the AIRPORT & CENTER CITY. Room Includes: Beautiful ensuite bathroom, Queen bed, TV, couch, desk, a towel per person and a kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, hot water/coffee kettle. BRING YOUR OWN COFFEE!). -These amenities are good for "passersby" but maybe NOT for anyone who wants to spend a lot of time inside. ***NOTE: No washcloths (bring your own). The heat is set to 70* during winter and the air is set to 75* during summer. The baking kitchen and art below the rooms are off limits and covered up. Guest access DON'T BOOK HERE Unless you can check-in after 5pm and check-out by 10am. Early check-in available for $28 (check-in after 2pm) and late check-out available for $28 (check-out by 1pm). No leaving luggages before or after your reservation and no bikes storage. Other things to note DON'T BOOK HERE if you're intolerant of diversity or gentrified neighborhoods! You should pay for a more affluent area if you want a "nice & quiet" touristy location. This is an AFFORDABLE up-and-coming area with a mix of Philly locals and college students.
