A modern and bright apartment with 3 bedrooms and a terrace overlooking the community pool, ideal for families. Located at the entrance to Tarifa, with easy access to the famous beaches of Bolonia and Punta Paloma, and a few minutes' walk from Los Lances beach. Supermarkets and shops are just across the street. Fully equipped with a full kitchen, underground parking with an elevator, air conditioning in all rooms and high-speed Wi-Fi to enjoy Tarifa to the fullest. The space The apartment is on the first floor and is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen with a high table and 4 stools, a small bathroom, and the living-dining room with a table with stools for winter days, two sofas with a coffee table and a Smart TV to enjoy your favorite series. From here you can access the main terrace, with outdoor furniture, a lower living room and a table for outdoor meals. We access the first floor by stairs, where there are two bedrooms with 160 cm double beds. One bedroom overlooks the interior of the community building with its terrace, while the other faces the street. Both have closets to store clothes and suitcases, and share a bathroom with a shower. On the third floor we find the third bedroom with a single bed and its shower and sink. It also offers a terrace, perfect for hanging clothes or enjoying some ocean views. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private terrace and an indoor parking space. The accommodation is in a building with common areas such as a garden, an elevator with direct access to the underground parking lot, and a seasonal community pool, usually open from June to September, with a large pool for adults and a smaller one ideal for children. The terrace has a hose to clean surfing or kitesurfing equipment, perfect for water sports lovers. In addition, the apartment has hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, fast Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals as if you were at home, which makes it ideal for long stays.
