Other things to note ► Sofa Bed: If you will be using the sofa-bed, note that the sleeping mattress size is 140x180cm, so factor this in if you are very tall, or if you will be 2 persons sleeping on it. Also, sofa-bed is found in the same bedroom, not in a separate room. ► Stairs: Apartment is spread on two floors, with one floor containing the kitchen and patio, and the other floor contains the bedroom / living room open plan area. There is 1 flight of stairs. Keep this in mind if you are mobility impaired. ► Entry is by self-check-in (24 hour), using a keybox and electronic door locks (keypad). Detailed instructions including photos & video-guides will be sent to you by email prior to your arrival ► For some parts of the year, the place is lived in by the owner. Some of the wardrobes, cabinets are locked as they contain some personal belongings. Don't worry, you will have plenty of space to store your stuff though :) ► There is a school nearby. There is potential for some noise from children playing in the yard from the early morning, during weekdays. Note the school has recess during Christmas (roughly 23 Dec - 6 Jan), Easter and Summer , so in those period it is not operational. If you are extremely sensitive to noise, we suggest bringing your ear-plugs or considering this prior to booking ► BBQ: If you will be using this, kindly clean after you are ready and leave it just as you found it. There are tools and cleaning equipment provided ► IMPORTANT: Note about HOT TUB - If for any reason the hot tub is unfunctional during your stay, we cannot accept a cancellation because of this. A discount of 20% or maximum €25 per day will be given for each day of your stay in which you cannot make use of the hot tub. ► 🛎️ Online Check-in: IMPORTANT - For a smooth check-in, we use an online check-in system where you'll need to complete a short process and upload a copy of your passport—this is mandatory. This must be completed before we can send you the check-in instructions. It helps us comply with regulations and ensures a hassle-free arrival.
