We provide towels to shower, WIFI, & central air. Although this is a separate and private home, it is essential to keep ALL Noise Levels Down to a minimum—no Noise after 10 pm. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors. Potential Additional Fee that can apply: * If you are having some Celebration and need a home where you can Party, Play Music, or Make a Lot of Noise, this is NOT the Home for you. Any Party or authorized gathering will have a minimum $ 250 fee applied. Airbnb will be notified to take action on the matter. * NO Smoking or vaping of any kind is PROHIBITED inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit. A $250 will be applied for any smell or cigarette buds found. * No unauthorized pets are allowed in the home. Any pets are subject to a $250 fee. Guest can control the A/C Heater through a Nest dial. Temperatures can be regulated between 74-89 degrees only. If the temperature is below that, the unit will be locked for 4 hours to a temperature within range, and a $50.00 fee can apply. Edison, the power company, has the authority to turn off the unit if there is a surge of power outage. ** If you have any questions regarding the unit, please feel free to reach out.
