Ideally Located Fab Birkdale Southport Apartment

Our fabulous and spacious one-bedroom apartment is ideal for holidays, visiting friends & family, and enjoying the delights of Birkdale, Southport, and surrounding areas. We are only moments from Birkdale Village, the sand dunes, two major Golf Courses, and within easy reach of Southport Centre. The apartment is situated within a quiet and well-maintained building and fully equipped to meet your needs. We are local owners living off-site and wish you a pleasant stay within Grosvenor Lodge. The space Within the apartment we hope you find everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. There is a king size bed within the bedroom and a large double sofa bed within the lounge. Within the bathroom there is a shower over the bath, and within the kitchen, an oven hob, fridge and washing machine. We believe in paying our fantastic cleaner Lyndsey a fair rate for the fabulous condition she constantly leaves the apartment in after a guests stay. We do not take any of the cleaning fee charged, and pass this directly to her. Guest access We have one private parking space allocated to the apartment. There is roadside parking close by if required. There is also the benefit of a bus stop directly outside the apartment building on Grosvenor Road. Other things to note Pricing is based on a single/double occupancy. For a 3rd 'adult' guest (13+) staying & requiring use of the bed-settee with supplied bedding, there is an additional nightly charge of £30.00 (£100 per night between 11th July to Monday 20th July - Open Golf week) For Children (<13) wishing to use the bed settee and requiring the use of supplied bedding there is a one off charge of £30.00. Please only add 2 guests within the booking and advise us via a message. Please be advised that the apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed by stairs only.
