Cozy apartment in the Aragonese Pyrenees, 5 km from Jaca and 19 km from the ski slopes of Astun and Candanchu. It is located in Castiello de Jaca at the foot of the main road and overlooking the river and the valley. In the village you have a small shop, 3 restaurants and a bus and train stop. A 5-minute drive towards Jaca there is a shopping mall with a Carrefour. You can do different routes on foot, bicycle or horseback nearby, do not hesitate to ask me to recommend some. The space The apartment is located in the Dos Valles development at the foot of the road, so although it snows a lot, the snowplow always leaves the access clean, they are three-story blocks and there is no elevator, it is a third with very wide stairs. MASTER BEDROOM It consists of a 1.35 bed with bedding according to the season of the year, two bedside tables with plug and lamp next to the bed. We have a built-in closet and a large dresser with a mirror. A 10-element low-consumption radiator and direct access to the terrace overlooking the valley and the river. LIVING/DINING ROOM We have a 1.35 sofa bed, bedding is left in the main room, a coffee table and a dining table with 4 chairs. In the living room cabinet you will find dishes, glasses, cutlery, tablecloths..... Finally, you will have the glazed fireplace, remember to open the shot that goes with a chain inside, and another low-consumption radiator. KITCHEN Small kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, thermos, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, juicer, coffee maker and set of pans, pots and kitchen utensils. Under the sink is the trash and cleaning products. BATHROOM It consists of a bathtub, bidet, toilet and sink. We have an electric radiator, hair dryer, toilet paper, hand soap, and shower gel. A washcloth and shower towels are left for each guest. TERRACE On the terrace we have a small table and two chairs, in summer you will love to have breakfast on it. We will also have a broom, dustpan and mop inside a closet, as well as a clothesline and clothespins. GARAGE On the ground floor to the left of the door to the building we will have a private garage and storage room to be able to leave the car, although there is no problem with parking, bicycles, skis, child's cart... THE DEVELOPMENT In the vicinity of the building we have garden areas and the river. There is also a swimming pool that opens in July and August.
