Bright Guest Studio Near Lighthouses and Beach

This bright guest studio is steps from the Greenbelt Walkway. Walk (within 10 mins) to two lighthouses, Willard beach, Bug Light Park, Scratch Bakery, Willard Scoops ice cream and a variety of restaurants. Portland is an 8 minute drive or 20 minute bike over the bridge. The space is minimal, bright and airy with windows surrounding, an elevated bed with comfy queen mattress, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and cozy couch for lounging. The space We built the guest studio a few years ago to create a beautiful, bright space for guests to relax while exploring the Portland area. The space is cozy (310 square feet) with everything you need in one open concept room with vaulted ceilings, comfy queen bed, hardwood floors, lots of windows and a fully equipped kitchen with large vintage farmhouse sink. The bathroom is roomy with a washer and dryer to accommodate guests on longer stays. The mudroom/entry area is private for guests, and can be useful to store extra luggage, shoes, and coats. Guest access Guests access the studio from a breezeway/mudroom on the back of our home with their own separate private entrance. We share a driveway. Guests have a small but cozy (and shaded) outdoor area for their private use. We'd like guests to make themselves at home. Other things to note Check-in is anytime after 3pm and check-out is anytime before 11am We provide coffee and tea supplies for all guests. While the studio is separated from our main house by a mudroom (and two doors, one with extra sound-proofing), we have a 5-year-old! She's pretty quiet and goes to bed at 7:30pm but you might hear her on occasion if something really exciting (or upsetting) happens. :) If you're booking during the winter season when weather is iffy (Nov-March), we're happy to refund you if your flight gets cancelled due to weather or your travel plans need to change. (We changed our "official" Airbnb cancellation policy to "strict" after some really big last minute summer cancellations the past few years, but we're happy to make exceptions for off season cancellations). Due to driveway space limitations we cannot accommodate RVs or vans over 15'. We do not have a TV in the studio.
