The appartment lies on the sunny slopes of Savognin on 1300m above sealevel. It is modernly furnished and features a high building standard. It sleeps a max. of 5 people and is ideal for 2-3 adults or a family with kids. Appartment size: 30m2 The space The holiday appartment "Tga Aviez" is a self-catering appartment. All areas of the appartment are for your private use. The flat's size is 30m2 and it is ideal for 2-3 adults or a family with kids. The appartment offers privacy and a stunningly beautiful view over the valley and is surrounded by nature, yet only a 10 minute walk away from the village centre. It is located in Savognin, at the end of a dead end road on the sunny slope. Savognin is a ski resort in winter and perfect for hiking and mountain biking in summer. The flat consists of a living room with a sofa / davenport which seats 2-3 and sleeps 2 (size 170x200cm). There are two additional beanbags which can be moved around easily. The living room also features a flatscreen TV with a digital set-top box (Swisscom TV, many international channels) as well as a cabinet. The flat features free WIFI, accessible in all rooms and on the terrace. The bedroom is rather small and sleeps 3 people. There is a french bed (140x182cm) which is ideal for smaller people or children as well as a regular bunk bed (90x200cm). The bedroom features two cupboards. The open plan kitchen is very modern and features a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, nespressor machine, electric kettle, dinnerware for 6 as well as a fondue set. The table which is integrated in the kitchen seats a maximum of 6 people. The bathroom features a shower, bassin and toilet. The flat is attached to a family home. It features a separate entrance and an own terrace overlooking the valley to the south and west. It boasts a very high building standard as the house was only built in 2015 and features large double-glazed windows, a central floor heating and ventilation. Free parking space directly at the front door. There is an unheated ski / bike room available for the guests which is shared with us and in that room there is also a heated ski boot dryer / heater available. FREE BUS SERVICE through the whole valley (Salouf to Bivio) and various tourist discounts with the free Val Surses Guest Card provided upon check-in which is included in the tourist tax. Sports Bus Stop (during winter season) 150m walking distance. Postal Bus Stop 15 minutes by foot. All areas of the appartment are for your private use. Other things to note The flat is strictly non-smoking. You can smoke outside on the terrasse, however we kindly as to use an ashtray and keep the door and windows closed while smoking. As the appartment is located in a quiet family neighbourhood parties / loud music are prohibited.
