Welcome to Shellhaven! This beautiful condo is 80 steps away from the beach. Condo sleeps up to 6 people. It has 2 bedrms & 2 bath. The living room has 2 sofas and a sleeper sofa. A full size air mattress also available. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes all dishes, silverware, towels, pots/pans, coffeemaker, crockpot, etc. Washer and dryer. Main level entry and steps right out to the pool, tennis court and grilling area. Two parking spaces are right outside your back door. The space Convenient access to the Gulf of Mexico a short walk away, 80 steps to the sand to be exact and the Sound located across the street. Shellhaven has "community wireless internet", cable tv, beach and pool and beach toys, including an insulated cooler, beach chairs and mats, umbrellas, skim boards, cool cups, noodles and inner tubes all for your use. The back patio has lounge chairs and has a direct view of the in-ground pool, tennis courts and grilling area. Guest access Guests have access to everything in the condo except the owners closet. Other things to note There are wrist bands in the condo for the pool, books, puzzles and games in the red cabinet and all the beach accessories are out in the closet in the hall out side the door! We DO NOT allow pets of any kind. Fees and possible eviction will be enforced.
