Hello Airbnb community! Check out this cute and cozy duplex! This is the upper level. You have access to a full kitchen with granite countertops, living room with 50” smart TV, Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk in shower, two bedrooms and high speed internet! The home is on the smaller and cozy side with fun old house charm and character. Located in old town Pocatello next to city creek trail system. Please read FULL description before booking for a successful stay! The space This is the upper level of the home. The basement is a separate listing with its own entrance. You may see or hear the basement guests or cleaning lady walking outside along the front and side of the home. The entrance to the basement is on the side of the home. You may hear the guests and or cleaning lady entering the home upstairs or doing laundry through the locked door in the kitchen. It is locked on both sides and can only be opened by me. If the dates are available and you want to rent both units, I can unlock the door to unite both units into one. Please inform me if you would like this option. Making the home total 6 guests. I did the best job possible to insulate the ceilings but it is an older home so I do ask to respect the quiet time hours for the basement guests. No pets are allowed in either spaces for noise control unless they are approved by host. Children are welcome to stay. My cleaning fee covers normal cleaning but with children I tend to notice extra charges from my cleaning lady. Do be aware these charges will be passed onto you if they occur. It’s best to do your part and clean excess food left from children. Please have them eat at the table and not on the couch. Do be respectful of basement guests and not let them run around or jump. There is a great park just down the street. Only 4 people total to occupy the home. This includes visitors. Please inform me of any visitors before they arrive. Read through all my house rules before booking. This cute little home is about 10 mins from the interstate, 30 mins from Lava hot springs, 7 mins from ISU and walking distance to endless miles of trails to mountain bike, hike or run as well as local restaurants and bars. Access hto the paved river path (greenway) is across the street. It leads to a full playground at Centennial Park. (1/2 mile away) The nearest grocery store is 1 mile. Both of my Airbnb’s are located in the same area...so if you have a large group but want to be nearby, you could rent the two homes right next to one another. Forced air heat and air conditioning. You can smoke on the front porch. Parking available in front or across the street of the home. There are two steps into the home with a handrail. Do know this home is on the South end of old town Pocatello at the base of the mountains. There are beautiful views and more local businesses in this area. Big Box stores are about 10-15 min drive north towards Chubbuck. Magnets, greeting cards and framed prints of my watercolor paintings available for purchase! Guest access The upper level and front yard area. River path access across the street takes you into old town to shops and restaurants or head south for a nice walk along the river. Smoking allowed outside on the front deck. Street parking only in front of the home or across the street. Please do not park in the church parking lot. Other things to note Please text me through the app or on my cell. No emails The door ways into the bathroom are on the small side. As well as the door way into the bedroom with the full size bed. Old house charm! There is no bath tub only a walk in shower. There is no ice maker, only a cube ice tray. I recommend bringing ice for drinks if you use a lot of ice. No driveway. Only street parking. Jack and Jill style bathroom. (Each bedroom has a door to the shared bathroom.) This home is two separate spaces each with its own private entrance. You could hear or see my basement guests or cleaning lady along the outside of the home and entry way to the basement. It is possible to open the entire home if both listings are booked together. $250 fee for smoking in my home $500 fee for non approved pets No more then 4 people to occupy the space.
