The space Casa Barca Serena, shaped like a boat and perched on the rocks of Cap de Creus, offers spectacular oceanfront views and panoramic terraces. The apartments have private panoramic terraces with spectacular oceanfront views and free access (€0) to the super panoramic common area with a relaxation pool + solarium/stellarium + shaded chill-out area + furnished area, located on the highest terrace of the house, like a large viewpoint with spectacular views. Access is through the upper penthouse terrace. It's a luxury to have the convenience of parking the car on the street, right in front of the house door, in a very safe and monitored area of the neighborhood = €0. The interior furnishings are very basic, like a boat, but sufficient, comfortable and very clean. It is a Mediterranean paradise surrounded by pure nature, peace, silence and tranquility, ideal for guests who prioritize an extraordinary location and magnificent views, as well as for snorkeling, scuba diving, excursions, and water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, paddle surfing and swimming, in addition to contemplative life, yoga, meditation, relaxing, reading, creating, being inspired, painting, photographing and contemplating the sky, the sea and the stars. The minimum stay is 4 nights in the low/medium season and 7 nights during the high season. Guest access Located in an area declared a Protected Natural Park for its spectacular landscapes, beaches, coves, seabeds, water and fauna, a place of peace and tranquility with a thousand excursions through the Natural Park next to the house, on foot, by car, by boat or by bicycle. The property is oceanfront, next to the beaches of La Tamariua, El Pas, Les Clisques, Els Italians, Cativa and Fornells, with numerous rocks with easy access to the sea. It is a 1-minute drive from El Port de la Selva and 15 minutes from Cadaqués and the Romanesque monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes. There are 2 ways to get there: a very long one from the mountain and a very short one from the sea. We recommend taking the short one from the sea, since the car's GPS sometimes indicates the very long road with many curves above the mountain and the village. When you arrive at Port de la Selva, go straight ahead along the town's main street until the end, continue along Calle Punta de la Creu and, after 6 curves above the sea, go up Calle Puig Gros. During your stay We are always available upon arrival for any questions, problems or information, either personally or through Fina, my assistant, and the cleaning lady. Other things to note IMPORTANT: The Barca Serena house is perched on the rock and designed like a boat, with access from Carrer Puig Gros number 9 via the upper penthouse terrace. To access the panoramic rental apartments, you have to go down 2 flights of stairs, with an approximate height of 3 meters per floor. On the penthouse level is the super panoramic community relaxation area, with a pool, solarium, chill-out area, and panoramic terraces. The house has several rental apartments in the same category, with exactly the same paradisiacal views, the same furnishings, the same price per m2, and the same outdoor common areas. Depending on the number of people, guests can rent a smaller or larger apartment, or the entire house. To get there, go straight along the main street of Port de la Selva until the end of the town, continue along Calle Punta de la Creu, after 6 curves above the sea, go up Calle Puig Gros and, after 4 houses, park on the left at number 9, Serena.
