Stunning Country home hidden away for a truly peaceful holiday. Surrounded by 3 acres offering total seclusion at the end of a no through road, framed by picturesque undulating gardens & rural views. The space Stylish home featuring 3 bedrooms, main with stunning ensuite, WIR and sliding doors that lead out to the wrap around verandah. The well equipped kitchen has quality stainless steel appliances, a coffee machine, microwave and everything you need to cook up a storm! The main bathroom is downstairs and has a large bath and shower combined with the laundry. A well appointed dining and open living area with a wood heater (with a guard) for the cooler months and a split system for the warmer months. The master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe has a queen bed. The second bedroom downstairs has 1 queen bed. The stairs lead up to the 3rd bedroom/loft which offers 3 single beds and a trundle bed. This space incorporates a 2nd living area/kids zone. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and panel heaters. There is a high chair, children's dinnerware, plenty of board games and a selection of toys for the kids. BYO Linen: Bedding is provided (doonas and pillows) but guests must bring their own linen and towels. The property is on tank water and has a water filtration system to ensure the water is clean. Rural views are available from nearly every room. Just 20 min to the beach & a short drive to Fish Creek to visit our local cafes, art galleries, grocery shopping, local wineries, local dining at the Fish Creek Hotel, Long John Pickles, Little Oberon, Gibsons cafe and shop just to mention a few. Wilsons Promontory is around a 45 minute drive with Sandy Point, Waratah Bay and Walkerville beaches around 25 minutes drive. - Strictly no pets - Strictly no smoking Guest access You have use of the entire house and 3 acre property. Guest access information will be provided the day of your arrival via email. This will include details on how to locate the property, where to locate the key safe, and the key safe combination to access the keys. Other things to note Due to the closure of the Gippsland Power Stations, during peak times (i.e. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control. The property is on tank water and a septic systems.
