Villa Palmaya is a traditional island cottage built on a 4-acre plot, surrounded by royal palm trees, by the sea, in the Vagia area of Aegina. It is an ideal destination for families with children and for people seeking the tranquility of nature and the company of the sea. From most parts of the house, the endless blue emerges and in conjunction with the comforts of the house, your stay will be an unforgettable experience. The space The Villa is a fully equipped, island house of 170 sq.m. and is surrounded by a lush 4-acre flat garden with palm trees and other various plants and trees. It consists of: - 1 bedroom with double-bed and private bathroom - 1 bedroom with double-bed - 1 bedroom with sofa-bed (double) - bathroom - 2 living rooms with their own TV & sofa - 1 dining room - fully equipped and functional kitchen with its own dining area Finally, there is a bright, semi-basement guesthouse with a double bed and its own bathroom. It has a separate entrance from the garden and is independent. The house has a total of 4 air conditioners, 5 TVs and WIFI. From most windows of the house emerges the sea that is literally within a stone's throw. In the garden of the house there are countless relaxation corners that in combination with the royal palm trees, the sunset, the sunrise and the sound of the sea offer you unique experiences and images. The two elevated independent terraces with the magnificent view are ideal for all moments of the day. There is an outdoor BBQ with a stone-built dining area under the pergola for an alternative meal.
