Our apartment is located on the beach side of Pacific Coast Highway and has a very unique charm. We are located in the heart of Corona del Mar Village ('Flower Streets'). The apartment has two bedrooms and one bath. With a foldout couch that converts to a double size bed. There is a sleeping capacity for up to 5 persons. A pack-n-play portable crib and high-chair are available for tots. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and an ice-chest. Full use of the laundry is provided at no charge. Our place is a perfect getaway for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids. It is decorated in custom designer touches and features a remodeled kitchen with beautiful white quartz countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. The apartment also features recently installed central air conditioning – a rarity for apartments in the area. Corona del Mar is centrally located to the best attractions that Southern California has to offer. State beaches are as close as 4 blocks away; Newport Beach Harbor is 0.4 miles; Disneyland, 20 miles; Catalina Island, 26 miles; Universal City Theme park, 58 miles; Legoland 55 miles; San Diego Zoo 86 miles. And great dining and entertainment venues are close by and within easy walking distance. The entire apartment is provided for your private use. We are always happy to accommodate when needed. Our neighborhood is in the heart of the beautiful Corona del Mar Village, within the flower named streets . We are also located on the beach side of Pacific Coast hwy. Located directly across the street from our apartment listing is a quaint small Italian Pizzeria that's been there for 50 years . Within the same strip as the pizzeria, there's a healthy authentic Mexican restaurant, along with a health food bar for sandwiches, smoothies, along with breakfast options. A grocery store sits behind the restaurant's mentioned above. On our side of the street up on the corner is a boutique coffee bar that serves freshly brewed organic coffee, along with a variety of breakfast sandwiches. The other end of our street is a small park with a totlot. It has walking paths, taking you to other green belts, eventually leading to a larger park. Just a few blocks over is the famous historical Goldenrod Footbridge that leads you straight down to Corona del Mar State Beach.
