Floor Plan is as follows: This two story property uses internal stairs with approx. 14-16 steps to access each floor. Entry to the house is via a short flight of 3 steps. The main entrance is on the top level. Inside is kitchen, laundry, lounge, dining table and the balcony. Up one sub-level is a en-suite bedroom with the laundry in bathroom. Down on the bottom floor are two bedrooms and bathroom. Parking: 1 x allocated uncovered parking onsite on shared driveway (not suitable for large vehicles). Wi-Fi: Data is free and unlimited. Kitchen amenities: We supply a coffee plunger, coffee grind, instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk.
