Charming cottage of rustic style in the Stockholm area

Those who like nature and "simple" and rustic style! Built in 1927, owned by the fourth generation. Private beach, jetty for boat/fishing/swimming, partially wild plot with forest and berries! (approx. 60x60m). Quiet green area of Norrnäs near Rindö and Vaxholm. View of passing boats Ground floor + attic = 65 sqm, 5 beds (+4 guest beds - 200 SEK/pers per night), terrace - 30 sqm. Only 40 km from Stockholm Central (bus 3-4 times/day in both directions). Horse farm 4 km. Hemmesta Center 10 minutes by car The space The house is almost 100 years old and was refreshed in 2020. Decorated in a natural rustic style with antique and vintage furniture with nice wear and tear (which has been in the house since 1927!). You sleep in the shade in the morning and in the afternoon the side with the large window and balcony is exposed to a lot of sunlight. Very large plot with its own forest on one part and wild berries that you can pick. One of the sides is the beach on a strait where all boats go from Stockholm to Turku, Helsinki, Tallinn and back.
