Charming house of village style in Stockholm area

Those who like nature and village style! Built 1927, owned of 4th generation. Pierce for boat/swimming/fishing; partially wild area with small forest and berries! (ca 60x60m) Nice and calm region in Norrnäs close to Rindö and Vaxholm; view on passing by ships. Groundfloor+attic=65sq.m, 5 sleeping places (+4 cots-200kr/person per night), porch 30sq.m. Only 40km from Stockholm Centre (bus goes 3-4times/day i both directions) Horse farm 4km. Hemmesta Centrum 10min with a car. The space The house is almost 100 years old that has been "refreshed" in 2020 in natural, village style with antique and vintage furniture (which are there since year 1927!). You can sleep in nice shadow in the morning, but by noon and during the whole afternoon the sun shines on the side with huge window and the porch. Big site with its own forest on part of the area och wild berries that you can gather. One of the sides is the shore of the channel there all the boats pass from Stockholm to Finland, Estonia and Latvia and back. No mosquitoes! Guest access You get the whole house to yourself! Other things to note BEDCLOTHES AND TOWELS - 175SEK/PERSON FOR THE WHOLE STAY. WE OFFER 3 SETS FOR FREE!!! :-) EVERY PERSON ABOVE 5 IS CHARGED 200SEK/PER NIGHT (+175SEK FOR BEDCLOTHES IF SHE/HE IS INTERESTED) TOILETRIES, SOAP, SHAMPOO, TOOTHPASTE, ONE-TIME TOOTHBRUSHES, LAUNDRY DETERGENT, TOILET PAPER, FIREWOOD, 1 BAG GRILL COAL ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE FOR ALL GUESTS!!! YOU DON'T NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH YOU EXCEPT FOOD! :-) !!!RECOMMENDED TO BRING DRINKING WATER AS WELL. OUR WATER SUPPLY IS ARTESIAN, NOT EVERYONE CAN DRINK THIS.!!!
