"AVD - La Nuova casa di nonna" is our new Guest House in the heart of Udine, cosy and comfortable place. In the Evergreen Room, you have access to a French size bed (sofa bed if need). In the Blue Ocean Room, you have access to a double size bed and a fabulous Antique renovated Wardrobe. The Kitchen is fully equipped and ready to be tested by a great Chef!! Restroom with double shower enclosure TV and floor heating are installed in the accommodation! Have fun and stay tuned. Come and check it out *** The guest can use the (covered) entrance if they wish to smoke (provided chairs and table for outside + ashtray). NOT usable in the wintertime.
