Adirondack Cottage one mile from the town of Bolton Landing and lake. Forty minutes to Gore Mountain for Skiing. House is well decorated throughout. Hot tub only for spring and summer. Newly finished basement with large sitting area, TV and Bar plus a camp style room with a trundle bed, a single bed and bunk beds and bathroom. MB has private lg bath. The top bucks is better suited for a younger child. Two bedrooms and bath on second floor. Large deck with Gas Grill and Fire pit. The space Linens provided. I leave them folded but not on bed so that you know your the first time user. House has washer dryer on main floor. You can also use coolers, gas grill and beach towels and chairs that are around the house. All TVs are smart TVs with Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions. Movie rentals are on the honor system. Other things to note Please keep outdoor noise down after 10 PM in respect of neighbors
