The space Our luxury Edwardian townhouse was built in 1905 and is in a lovely conservation area. It is in a slightly elevated position which enhances the stunning views of trees, townscape and endless amounts of sky. The house has a comfortable lounge with views. A separate spacious dining room. Kitchen with access to courtyard. The hallway leads to the first floor where you will find a spacious bathroom with roll top bath and separate rain shower cubicle. Luxury Egyptian cotton bath towels and bath mats, and complimentary toiletries are provided. The front bedroom is spacious with stunning open views and a luxury King size bed. The second bedroom features a luxury superking 6 foot wide bed which can be set for you as two 3ft singles instead. Luxury 230 thread count Egyptian Cotton sheets and duvet covers are used in these rooms and hand ironed. All bedding is white so they can be professionally cleaned at high temperatures. We have carefully restored the property retaining the wonderful original features of sash windows, cast iron fireplaces, stained glass, quarry tiled and mosaic floors. We have tried our very, very best to provide a luxurious, home from home for you, with new redecoration, carpeting, duel fuel double oven cooker, washing machine, spacious fridge freezer, rainwater shower and most importantly a 43 inch, HD, 4k television with NETFLIX premium! Oh yes, we also have fast WIFI! A well loved front garden with stunning tree views on nearby parkland is ideal for relaxing in. There is also an attractive private courtyard at the rear. Guests can enjoy sitting in the lounge and watching the trees sway in the wind, the bird life, spotting the tower of Charles Darwin's old school, now known as Shrewsbury Library, and watching the world go by. If you're in the town centre, and fancy a cup of coffee at home or just a break you can do that and then return to the town centre all within a very short time. Other things to note We have a free parking permit allowing one cars free parking on the Frankwell Car park which is seconds away from the house. The car park is favoured by past guests as it is easy and convenient.
