Quiet apartment in a calm neighbourhood. Tallinn Old Town and city center are just a 20-minute walk away. Guests will have the place to their own to enjoy snug evenings in a well-equipped apartment. Closest grocery store is Prisma 500m away in Kristiine shopping centre. Public transportation is nearby. The space The apartment is warm and cosy, a short walk away from Tallinn city center. The place is snug, neighbours are quiet. There is no street noise and the windows open to garden views (greenery). Parking is right in front of the building. The apartment has three double beds (140x200), one sofa-bed (120x200) and if needed one extra floor mattress (80x190) + a crib (travel bed) for small children. A table and chairs to enjoy a meal or to entertain yourself with social activities. Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for preparing and enjoying a nice home-cooked meal. We provide oil, sugar, salt and pepper. We have plates, bowls, cutlery, cups and glasses (regular, wine and shot glasses) to all guests. For cooking we offer bowls, pans, pots and other essential utensils. Bathroom is equipped with all essentials (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, towels, toilet paper). There is a wardrobe in the hallway to put away clothes. You can also find an ironing table, a clothes drying rack, an iron, a hairdryer, slippers and toys from the hallway wardrobe. There is also a high chair and a potty for children. Guests are free to use the washing machine which located in the kitchen. For breakfast we offer coffee with cream and a selection of teas. Guest access Guests are free to use all the rooms in the apartment. All home appliances are for guests use. Other things to note Check-in is with key pickup from another address! (2-min drive, 12-min walk one way). Parties in the apartment are strictly forbidden! The apartment is in an apartment building and neighbours are living there. Please respect the house rules and the local law! Quiet hours are from 22.00 (10pm) until 7.00 (7am)! If there should be a disruption of peace, for example neighbours notice the host of an ongoing party, the host will come to inspect the situation and when needed, asks the partying guests to leave! The police will be included if needed. Also there will be a financial penalty of 300€ for breaking the house rules, for breaking the local law, for breaking Airbnb rules (As of August 20, 2020, Airbnb announced a global ban on all parties and events at Airbnb listings, including a cap on occupancy at 16. This party ban applies to all future bookings on Airbnb, and it will remain in effect indefinitely, until further notice.) and for the cost of the inspection. If there should be a situation where there are more people in the apartment than the booking states, then the guest has to pay for the extra persons also. Every person after 2 costs 30€/per person! Smoking inside the apartment, apartment building and right in front of the house is strictly forbidden! If the host detects indoor smoking during guests stay, the guests will be asked to leave the apartment. There will be a financial penalty of 300€ for indoor smoking!
