Upscale and modern one room apartment in the center of Podgorica. It's in a calm family neighbourhood, in a recently built building by the river. There are many amenities as dishwasher, washing machine, mixer, toaster, water boiler, iron and ironing board, and there is a safe in the bedroom. There is a plasma TV with a cable and free Wi-Fi. Both free and payed public parkings are right by the building. It is 5 minutes by walk from the main square, 4 minutes by car from bus and train station. This is a one room apartment which is very highly equipped. It's quite airy and comfortable, and you can hear a nearby river running in the background. Apartment is equipped with two air conditioners. One in the living room, and one in the bedroom. It also has a partial floor heating. A beautiful terrace is ideal for the morning coffee. Two persons can sleep in a big queen size bed, and there two comfortable couches in the living room. This aparment is fully functional for a longer multi-month stay. Everybody is welcome to stay at our apartment and we hope You will have a pleasant stay! Guests can freely use whole apartment and all of it's amenities. National stadium is 10 minutes and Moraca hall is 13 minutes walking distance. Most times there are open parking slots right in front of the entrance of the building. A nearby convinience store works 24-7 so you can by most of the things you need any time you need it! This is one of the best locations in the city!
