Upscale and modern one room apartment in the center of Podgorica. It's in a calm family neighbourhood, in a recently built building by the river. There are many amenities as dishwasher, washing machine, mixer, toaster, water boiler, iron and ironing board, and there is a safe in the bedroom. There is a plasma TV with a cable and free Wi-Fi. Both free and payed public parkings are right by the building. It is 5 minutes by walk from the main square, 4 minutes by car from bus and train station. The space This is a one room apartment which is very highly equipped. It's quite airy and comfortable, and you can hear a nearby river running in the background. Apartment is equipped with two air conditioners. One in the living room, and one in the bedroom. It also has a partial floor heating. A beautiful terrace is ideal for the morning coffee. Two persons can sleep in a big queen size bed, and there two comfortable couches in the living room. This aparment is fully functional for a longer multi-month stay. Everybody is welcome to stay at our apartment and we hope You will have a pleasant stay! Guest access Guests can freely use whole apartment and all of it's amenities. Other things to note A nearby convinience store works 24-7 (except Sundays) so you can buy most of the things you need any time you need it and it is less than a minute away! If you need a super market, there is one 2 minutes away and it is open from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m.
