Mavik Suite is located a few meters from the pedestrian zone and is easily accessible by car. The space The living area is a very special place of the house. A large open space from which open the doors to the three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds) and the spacious terrace. The flat has a bathtub in the master bathroom and a shower in the second bathroom. MaVik Suite offers a private garage on the -2 floor below the flat, a particularly useful service in the historical centre, just a step away from the pedestrian area. Important information: - The facility does have an elevator. - We can provide a crib free of charge upon request (does not include linen). - Each additional guest 3 years of age and older stays with an additional charge of € 35.00 per night. - Pets are unfortunately NOT allowed in this facility. - Smoking is strictly prohibited. The facility reserves the right to charge a penalty in case of transgressions or any damage to the premises. - In case of loss, damage or non-return of the keys, there is a charge of the key itself. - Daily cleaning services and linen changes will not be performed.
