Wildlife sightings are part of the magic here, just remember to admire them from a safe distance. Other things to note • OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • ROAD TO THE HOUSE The road to the house is a dirt road. An SUV wont be needed as they are maintained dirt roads but they can be a little bumpy. Please make sure to follow the directions so to avoid getting stuck in any sand pits. • WILDLIFE WARNING While it’s rare, wildlife (and more recently, the occasional bear) can roam through the area. The house sits in a canyon and noise travels up and over the canyon very easily. We want to remain good neighbors and ask that you respect the noise policy and follow the quiet time hours see by the town. • A/C & Heater Little Tish is cooled and heated by mini splits in each room to keep you comfortable all year long. • FIRE Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. • HOT TUB - legal Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the hot tub/water features. • HOUSE AND PROPERTY Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees and Owner, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the house and property. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above, including the guest policy.
