Located in a passive & eco-friendly house, with: • Private entrance • Very large air-conditioned room (for up to 5 people including 1 extra bed) => sheets provided and beds made on arrival • Private bathroom • Kitchenette: Fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 induction cooktops, microwave, mini-oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fondue maker • Towels (bath & table) • Private 100 m² garden with sun loungers and ping pong table The space Our accommodation is particularly spacious and very, very quiet. You can eat both indoors and outdoors, and you have a Weber barbecue in the garden for summer evenings. You can take great walks in the woods 2 minutes from the cottage. All our windows are equipped with mosquito nets, both in the bedroom and the Velux in the kitchen, which is very nice in summer if you want to keep the windows open! Cost for 2 people: €70/night Additional cost per extra person, per night: €5 => i.e. for 3: €75, for 4: €80 and for 5 people: €85 Breakfast (optional and only served on W/E): Served in your room from 8:30am to 10am (Cost: €8 per person) It includes your choice of: homemade smoothies, fresh bread, pastries, cereals, homemade jams, seasonal fruit, milk, tea and coffee. Guest access Bedroom for 5 people Private kitchen A private bathroom A private garden Other things to note CLEANING => SHORT STAYS (i.e. less than 1 week): The end-of-stay cleaning, carried out after your departure (and at a cost of €30) is included in the cost of your booking. CLEANING => LONG-TERM STAYS (i.e. longer than 1 week): Only the end-of-stay cleaning is included in your reservation. Housekeeping, intermediate and weekly, for all long-term stays, is not included in the cost of your booking. As a result, a cleaning fee of €30 will automatically be applied for each cleaning carried out during your stay. This fee must be paid directly to the owner of the cottage at the end of your stay. PARTIES: The organization of parties or events is not allowed, as we live in an extremely quiet residence and want to preserve this tranquility with all our neighbors.
