Includes two double sofa beds for extra sleeping space. Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, ideal for preparing meals. WC: Conveniently located for guests' use. Second Floor Master Bedroom: Features a king-size bed, a sofa bed for two, and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower. Second Bedroom: Spacious with a king-size bed and access to a private terrace – perfect for relaxing with morning coffee. Bathroom: A separate full bathroom with modern fixtures. Third Floor Third Bedroom: A cozy retreat with a double bed. Third Bedroom: A cozy retreat with a double bed. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the whole apartment. Other things to note We charge a refundable security deposit of £500. This is handled by placing temporary hold for the amount on a card of your choice. The hole will be released 24h after check out. Alternatively we offer a non refundable damage waiver for £25. This will cover all accidental damage that may be caused during your stay. Please not this does not cover intentional damage or mistreatment of the home.
