Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other a double. Convenient to Scottsdale Stadium and SF Giants spring training (20 minute walk or short drive). Spacious and private backyard with hot tub, a gas grill and outdoor seating. Park in the drive or on the street. Central location good for visiting ballparks, golf courses, art galleries, restaurants, shopping and other attractions in Old Town and around the Valley. High quality laminate flooring has been installed in all rooms of the house except the dining area which has tile. All appliances are modern and in working order. The kitchen has an induction (very quick heating) stove and oven that includes convection heating. There are showers in each of the two bathrooms but no tub (except for the hot tub in the back yard). The large patio is made of adobe bricks imported from Mexico. A nice mesquite tree and an oleander wall provide ample shade in warmer weather. There is open space with direct sun access for part of the day when the weather is cooler. There is a washer and dryer in the home and a gas grill on the patio. The beds are (purposely) soft, especially the Master. The guests that comment on them are generally very positive, a few simply say comfortable but if you seek a firm bed you may want to choose another property. There are no shared spaces so you have the home and the private backyard to yourselves. Sorry but no pets. There are several good restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking. An Italian restaurant, a pizza place and Mexican taco shop are all within that distance as well as an assortment of regional and national fast food chains. Old Town Scottsdale is 5 minutes by car or 20-30 minutes to walk and the shops and restaurants there are too numerous to list. Guest access Backyard adobe brick patio and hot tub. There is one room in the house that will be locked, it has my 3d printers, workout and ham radio equipment. There is a locked pantry that is for maid supplies and a some locked cabinets. There is outdoor storage that is locked and not accessible. There are no spaces that are shared. Other things to note Old Town Scottsdale with shops, restaurants, bars and art galleries is easily accessible as is the San Francisco Giants Spring Training facility, Fashion Square Mall and more. Spring Training is Giants 4 minutes by car, Cubs 10 minutes, Rockies 15 minutes. Barrett-Jackson and the Phoenix Waste Management Open are easily accessible by car as well as the best of the Valley restaurants and nightlife.
