It has plenty of wide terraces for alfresco dining and enjoying the outdoor lifestyle in the sun or the shade. Sunbeds and parasols are provided. There is a gas barbeque available if you fancy cooking al fresco, and there is also a gas cooker in the kitchen. Two of the four double-size bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom with shower and bidets; the third and fourth bedrooms have a large bathroom between them, with bath, shower and bidet. Each of the bedrooms has the option for double or single beds, with the third and fourth bedroom having three single beds in each, two of which can be put together as a double. Each room is light and airy, and all have sea views, with three of the bedrooms having access to the garden area which is ideal as a play area for children. Although it is spacious and can comfortably accommodate 10 people plus baby, because of its layout it surprisingly doesn’t feel too large for two or even one couple(s) to stay there by themselves too. Air conditioning is installed throughout the villa: within the lounge, dining room and snug areas, as well as all of the bedrooms. There is also a private drive inside the entrance gate which will take up to three cars and a single car garage, as well as free and safe on-street parking directly outside the villa. Extremely child friendly, the pool is completely surrounded by a lockable gate and there is a hard cover for the pool as a further safety measure. Arm bands and inflatables are also provided. Los Altos has an exclusive, gated-community family area within 100 metres of the villa, which is completely free to use for those renting with us. COMPLETELY COVID19 Compliant: Cleaning According to the World Health Organization, the virus can survive for up to 72 hours on plastic and stainless steel, less than 24 hours on cardboard and less than 4 hours on copper. • All surfaces such as door handles, tables, chairs, handrails, kitchen and bathroom surfaces, taps, toilets, light switches, computers, tablets, keyboards, remote controls, game controllers and children's toys are cleaned with disinfectant meticulously before your arrival. Laundry Many fabrics contain plastic and metal elements on which the virus may live for a few hours to several days. Therefore, any fabrics provided in our holiday home are washed regularly. • bedsheets, towels and kitchen cloths are cleaned regularly • Items are washed with soap or detergent, using a minimum temperature of 60°C and dried completely - both steps help to kill the virus. GUESTS are encouraged to: • Wash your hands with soap and water, or use an alcohol-based hand rub, immediately after handling these items. • While doing laundry wash or disinfect the laundry bag or hamper as well. Consider storing dirty laundry in disposable bags. Essentials (provided) • Alcohol-based hand rub or soap. Washing our hands with soap and water or using alcohol-based hand rub kills viruses that may be on our hands. • Disinfectants with at least 70% alcohol, for all surfaces to wipe down frequently used surfaces regularly. • A pack of plastic gloves and masks Upon arrival • You will find plastic gloves and masks in the hallway.
