A washing machine is located in the utility room. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower and 2 sinks as well as a 2nd toilet are available. A double room, a 2-bed room and a single room can accommodate 5 people. On request, a children's travel bed can be added to one of the bedrooms. Outside there are 2 terraces with several seating and sunbathing options. New for children, on the lawn there is a slide, a swing and a sandbox. Private parking is just in front of the house. In the annex there is an infrared cabin, double hot tub, sauna, fridge, coffee maker, seating and lying facilities. This small "wellness area" can be booked on site and according to availability, by the hour.
