Description
Look for something different than the usual accommodation and come meet a simple, but relaxing and charming experience, at the foothill of Retezat Mountains, in Ţara Haţegului. Bathed by the gentle rays of the morning sun, the hut unveils mesmerizing views and sounds. This is for those who want to reconnect with nature, and are looking for eco-friendly experiences. Being quite small, it encourages its visitors to spend time outside and enjoy a very large number of outdoor activities. The space The hut is positioned in a big camping area, with very young trees and lot of grass around. It's fully made of wood, having one room and a small terrace. Please note that the private bathroom consists of an outdoor shared shower and toilet, which are about 50m away from the cabin. The shower and the toilet are not available in the winter. The hut is compact, simply furnished, aiming to make you relax and explore beautiful Transylvania and Retezat Mountains. Since this is a camping area, tents/campers may be close by. Find out more: visitretezat[dot]com Other things to note Basic amenities are provided, as the hut is quite compact. Therefore, basic facilities such as electric power sockets, electric lighting, and a small refrigerator are included. However, running water is not provided and the bathroom is an outdoor one, with four cabins (two with a toilet and two with a shower). The water from the shower is heated using a solar panel. The outdoor bathroom is not available on winter. Although the yard is suitable for pets, we would like to agree the details prior to your visit. Based on our experience, the hut is not suitable for all pets, on all weather conditions.
