Welcome to Casa da Joana’s Studio situated in one of the the most authentic & historic neighbourhoods of Lisbon: Alfama / Castelo. It’s a very small studio (more like a room with a small space to cook and wc) on the ground floor, open space, with one window fully functional (on the door), in heart of ancient Lisbon but in a really quiet street. From the studio you can easily make your way to anywhere in the city using public transportation or by walking. Perfect location! The space Welcome to Casa da Joana’s Studio situated in one of the the most authentic & historic neighbourhood of the city, Alfama/Castelo In a typical building of the XVIII century, a small studio of 20 m2 fully renovated, cozy and functional for two, for an memorable stay. It’s a small, cosy yet very functional one-bedroom studio on the ground floor, right in heart of ancient Lisbon. The studio is full equipped, situated between St. Jorges castle right in heart of the Town though its situated in a really quiet street. From the studio you can easily make your way to anywhere in the city using public transportation (the famous line 28, is a 5 minute walk away) or by walking. You will be 10 mn walking to the center, transports, supermarket, restaurants and 5 mn walking to the castle. Its central location allows discovering most of the main centers of interest of the capital just by walking. Because its situated in an ancient, historical district AC´s boxes are not allowed in the buildings facades so, unfortunately, the studio as no AC but there is available for you confort 2 fans (one in the living room and one in the sleeping room). The apartment its perfect for 2 persons, but if you wish to book it for 4 persons its your responsability. We have a very confy sofa-bed but it’s a small space. You will find a typical Casa Portuguesa from the old days, small, rustic walls, and the famous window at the door. If there is only one window please don’t expect a lot of natural day light, you can enjoy more daylight in your walks in this fabulous district. It’s a very different experience from a Hotel …more real, but also not as (URL HIDDEN) a fantastic place to stay for a short stay in Lisbon or if you are looking to typical accommodations to sleep in. Please note that from January 1, 2016 will be charged a city tax of 1€ per person per night, which is not included in the total price of your stay and is payable at the time of arrival.
