We offer you accommodation in a family house that is ideally located in Budva. Set in a peaceful but central area, only few meters away from the the main boulevard that leads to the center of Budva, and 300 meters from public sandy Slovenska Beach (the largest one in Budva), which offers plenty of activities. Along this promenade there are many nightclubs (discos), cafes, various restaurants, fast food, souvenir shops, shops, as well as shops with beach items. The space We offer air-conditioned self-catering studio with TV, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove top and an electric kettle. Washing machine is available at the property. Studio has a king size bed and the whole space has WiFi connection. All you need for a comfortable stay! Bed linens and towels are provided. Private parking is in front of the house, free of charge. Studio has specious terrace with amazing garden view and sitting area where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening drink. The terrace is definitely worth spending your time! For guest traveling with a baby we provide a free baby cot. Please let us know if needed. Size of the studio: 35 m2 Studio is on the first floor. Guest access Check in from 14h00 and check out until 10h00. We would kindly ask all our guests to let us know about their approximate time of arrival so we can prepare everything for check in. Other things to note According to the law in Montenegro it is obligated to pay tourist tax. This is not yet included in the price and need to be paid on the day of arrival. The price is 1,00 euro per night per adult and from the age of 12 to 18 years it is 0,50 eur. We are willing to give all information about excursions and sightseeing in Montenegro. The property can organize airport transfers, tours around Sveti Stefan, sightseeing of Budva’s Old Town as well as hiking and fishing trips.
