[Barbecue in the yard in the hot summer!] Tsukiyomi Sanso is an inn with a private rental of an old house with a capacity of 8 people. It is located in Hayakawa Town, Minamikoma District, Yamanashi Prefecture, surrounded by the Southern Alps. The house is located on a hillside in a village, with mountains of beautiful new green leaves and autumn colors rising like a screen in front, and a pleasant meadow spreading below where the wind blows through the valley. You can get a panoramic view of this scenery from the veranda, the windows of the detached house, and the garden. The house has a main house and two unique detached houses. The main house has a dirt floor when you enter the front door, and you will be greeted by a wood stove on the right and a traditional Japanese sunken fireplace in the front. On the left hand side, there are four tatami mats that serve as both bedrooms and living rooms. There is also a kitchen, which you are free to use. Of course, you can also barbecue behind the traditional Japanese sunken kotatsu (a separate usage fee will be charged). There are two separate buildings, both of which are bedrooms. One is a mountain hut-style "memory box" with old wooden boxes and timber embedded in the wall. The other is the "Tsukyomi Bunko", where one wall is a bookshelf. It has a lot of books about mountain life, and there is also a loft, perfect for relaxing and reading. Unlike the main house with a Japanese atmosphere, it has a mountain hut-like finish unique to a town at the foot of the Southern Alps. Originally a warehouse, it has been renovated into a bookcase filled with books about Hayakawa, mountain life, and food culture.
