A unique modern country style attic (52 square meters), right in the heart of Preveza, within 3-minutes walking distance from the down town historical center and major spots of the town. Our picturesque attic, a country style and cozy, bright place, for anyone who, when traveling, actually wants to experience Preveza like a local. The whole place will be reserved just for you. Fast wi-fi and air-conditioning available! The space The attic is on the 3rd floor of our family’s three floor apartments building. It has been recently arranged with love to a unique place, where wooden ceiling with skylight windows prevail. Great for couples, families (children from 0 age), friends, or business people who work on local projects. Lefkada island is within a 20 minute drive, so the home is perfectly located for daily excursions to the island! Parga is also accessible within a 50 minute drive. Filter coffee & espresso coffee makers available. - Maps of Preveza/booklets as a welcoming gift - Near all kinds of markets including mini market and fast-food that stay open until late - Suitable to accommodate up to 4 persons (1 double bed, 2 floor beds) The kitchen is new & fully equipped, you can of course cook! The bathroom is a classic wc. Not the biggest, but fully equipped, with attention to cleanliness. You will find clean towels, a mini first-aid kit and everything you need to have a memorable stay! During your stay, what we want is you to feel our place like your own home. The attic is in a three-floor apartment building, decorated in our own way, reflecting what we love and what we are. When we travel, we want to have memories created; that is why, we want our place to be exactly that, a trigger for a long-lasting and always living memory of a beautiful trip to a beautiful town. Nothing in our house is restricted to our guests, except for parties, smoking and pets, as long as visitors respect our home and neighbors.
