In the traditional settlement of Argyrades, Lianelia LUXURY village house tells the story of a stone house almost 100 years old, where the past discreetly meets modern comfort. Stone and wood coexist harmoniously, forming a warm and elegant environment, designed for quality accommodation in South Corfu, with easy access to the city, the port and the sandy beaches of the surrounding areas. The space The residence extends to 140 sq.m. and is developed on three levels, which communicate with each other with internal wooden stairs, offering comfort and character. Ground floor On the ground floor there is the fully equipped, ergonomic kitchen, the dining room and the central living room with an energy fireplace and a 50'' smart TV with Netflix and Apple TV+. A small WC serves the space, while the terrace with seating area has direct access to the provincial road that connects Corfu Town with Lefkimmi, offering functionality and easy connection to the surrounding areas. First floor On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. A central air conditioning unit has been installed in the hallway of the floor, which serves the floor and the ground floor. In addition, a fan is available for natural cooling. From the same floor there is a back entrance with direct access to a canton leading to the center of the settlement. Second floor On the second floor there is an additional living room with sofa bed, 40'' TV with Netflix and Apple TV+, home theater system and air conditioning. It is complemented by a second, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and the large terrace with panoramic views of the hills, the sea, the olive groves of South Corfu and the small port of Petritis. This terrace offers a unique visual experience, especially on full moon nights — with light diffusing over the olive groves, creating a unique atmosphere. Location & access Due to the location of the residence alongside the provincial road connecting Corfu Town with Lefkimmi, the second largest town of the island and port of South Corfu, there may be increased traffic from time to time. The surrounding area Argyrades is one of the largest and oldest traditional settlements of Corfu, with intense local life, historical architecture and easy access to beaches, villages and points of interest of South Corfu.
