Lovely forest villa Aquarius near forest and lake

Wonderful Holiday villa located in a small park near the Rijsterbos and IJsselmeer in the Frisian village of Rijs. A nice base for sports, relaxation, nature, hiking, cycling, golfing and culinary enjoyment. In short, an ideal place for groups, families and families for a wonderful vacation or weekend away! The space The house is very spacious with an open character. The split-level layout ensures that the living spaces are connected to each other, which enhances the feeling of "together" away without getting in touch. The large living room is furnished with a lovely lounge sofa and a dining table that can accommodate the whole group. There is a separate games room with an extra TV and a nice, well-equipped play area for the little ones, with lots of toys, games and books. The kitchen is another place to relax, cook to your heart's content and be together. Here you will find a smaller dining table, which also makes this space a nice living space. The icing on the cake is the game room for the older kids, with a snooker table, a dart board, and a foosball game. On the lower floor of the house you will find 9 bedrooms with 14 beds. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with washbasin and shower. For the small guest, there is also a crib and high chair available. There is a sheltered garden with lovely lounge sofas and a barbecue. The house is fully equipped: the kitchen always has clean kitchen linen, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, salt and pepper and olive oil. There are spare trash bags for the trash and you will always find plenty of coffee filter bags for the coffee machine. Paper towels are also included. The toilets have plenty of toilet paper, soap and towels. The beds in the bedrooms are made and there is a towel package for each guest. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed, this is only done in consultation. Other things to note The villa has an open character, is split level and therefore not suitable for disabled. Please note that we do not allow parties or loud music as we want to respect the neighbors. Pets (max 2) are welcome. We charge an additional fee per pet for this. Minimum age at time of booking: 30 years.
