Stylish furniture for relax and relieve from routine. Full equipped kitchen and open spacious dinning place to meet any need. Multi game table to enjoy the fun and relax during the stay. The extra guest fee over 5 is $5/night per guest. The space Guest can enjoy whole house during the stay! One master bedroom(King) with private bath, one guest bedroom(Queen) with nice view, one guest bedroom(Queen) adjoined with another guest bedroom (Full & Twin bed) perfect for family stay. 55" HD TV in living room with Roku TV (please see house manual with instruction) & Antenna TV (80+ channels) 50" HD TV in Master bedroom with Roku. Oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, blender and all cooking ware and more. Filtered water is next to kitchen faucet and the fridge ice maker is not working good. Spacious Front Yard & Back Yard is amazing for hang out and enjoy sunny Las Vegas! Cornhole board & table games for fun activities with family/friends! The bathroom supplies (shampoo/body wash/tissue/extra toilet paper) are at bathroom (under sink or next to shower). The towels sets are at the cabinets down the hallway. There is mandatory monthly cleaning for stay over one month and the charge is $180.-/time. Guest access Please park inside the garage with max. 2 cars. No driveway parking. Garage Remote Control is next to TV and please put it back after check out or the reset fee applied. ($100) Trash bins are at other side gate next to garage door. Please push to the street for trash day on every Friday and put it back within Saturday. it's appreciated to keep the bins clean. Other things to note 5 miles to the Strip 7 miles to the airport 12 miles to Red Rock Canyon. Summerlin mall, Korean Town & China Town is 5 mins away to enjoy authentic/Fusion food in Town. Lots of boba place and special dessert to try. No mailbox accessible and please order front door delivery at own responsibility. Extra guest (over 6) fee is $10/person per night.
