An easy walk to many places: 3-minute walk to the Arboretum; 1 mile to campus; 1.5 miles to Hospital, Stadium, and Downtown. 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 single), each with light-filled windows, private entrances, and hallway access to new full bath with shower. Exquisite backyard patio. Quiet, residential neighborhood. The space Nichols Arboretum – with hiking trails, gardens, the Huron River – is virtually in our backyard. We are less than a mile from U-M campus, shops and many restaurants. Downtown is only a mile away, as is the Power Center (with first-rate live performances of all kinds) and the U-M hospital. The Big House (U-M Stadium) is only 1.7 miles away. You couldn't be more ideally situated! The house itself was designed by a prominent local architect in the 1920s – it is well-built and beautifully designed with attention to detail and lots of charm. We also have a large yard with lots of privacy. In 2025 we repainted everything and installed new flooring. Guest access Both bedrooms; the mini-room between the bedrooms; the bathroom; the laundry room; the hallway that connects everything (note that we occasionally pass through the hallway briefly to access laundry and back rooms); and the patio. Other things to note Guests are welcome to use the washer/dryer. Note that we offer a mini-fridge; coffee pot with coffee; and a small microwave. There are plates, glasses, cups, eating utensils, and napkins, but there is no oven or stove.
