Convenient to all services and ideal starting point for visiting the beautiful city of Verona, the region and the famous theme and amusement parks nearby: Gardaland, Movieland, Caneva, Cavour, Parco Natura Viva, Monte Baldo Cable Car, Sigurtà Waterfall Park, Vittoriale, etc... Cost of stay: depending on the season and the number of guests from € 50.00 to € 180.00 per night. Prices include water, electricity and gas consumption. Air conditioning can be used upon request. Any surcharge to be agreed upon The apartment is equipped with independent heating, which can be activated according to the weather or by request and with additional fee to be agreed upon. Discounts are available for stays of more than 2 weeks. Long-term stays are accepted. There are no refunds for late arrivals and/or early departures. Sheets and towels = can be rented on site. The apartment will be delivered at 1:30 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure. Customizable arrival/departure times upon request and availability. Security deposit required: € 150,00 to be paid in cash on arrival and that will be returned upon departure if no damage is found. The security deposit required may be higher in relation to the length of stay, number of guests, and pets. Final cleaning included in the price of the reservation. In any case, kitchen accessories must be left clean and tidy. Garbage must be removed and stored in the appropriate external municipal containers (separate collection). No daily tidying up and/or cleaning service is provided. Occupancy tax = € 1.00 per person per night. Children under 15-years and people with disabilities are exempt.
