While staying at Bluebush Estate why not take advantage of visiting one of the Hunter Valley's many attractions such as the renowned Hunter Valley Gardens or Hunter Valley Zoo or consider a magical hot air balloon ride at sunrise (complimentary return transfers included with Beyond Ballooning). If you prefer to keep your feet on the ground there are a large variety of wine tasting, brewery and distillery tours to choose from (pick up and drop off from Bluebush). If you are looking for a round of golf, 3 world class golf courses are a 5 to 10 minute drive from beautiful Bluebush. Bluebush Estate is centrally located in the heart of Lovedale within 10 minutes' drive from Hope Estate, Roche Estate and Bimbadgen Estate wineries. For easy access to concerts, a bus transfer service stops at the Estate. The Chalet accommodates up to 10 guests. It has 3 triple bedrooms, each with its own ensuite and air conditioner. There is a fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge/dining area with TV/DVD and reverse-cycle air conditioning. To add to the fun you have your own billiards room and covered outdoor entertaining area with a gas BBQ. Estate facilities for all guests include a full size tennis court and swimming pool with magnificent views over our small boutique vineyard. Please note: This is a rural property that runs on tank water. Whilst the water is filtered for cooking and bathing, we recommend guests bring bottled for drinking purposes. The tennis court and pool are shared facilities. The Important Stuff - This is a 3 bedroom home offering bedding up to 10 guests. Rm 1: King or Twin + Queen w/ ensuite Rm 2: Queen + Single w/ ensuite Rm 3: King or Twin + Single w/ ensuite How We Price: The booking price is based on a minimum number of 4 guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter the required number of guests. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable. Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access code just before 2pm on your arrival day via SMS and you will use this code for the duration of your stay. Linen: 1 set of full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person are supplied. Guests may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of their stay. Swimming Pool towels are BYO Guest Amenities: We are Eco-Friendly - to help reduce wastage, we supply bulk bottle "Thankyou" Shampoo, Conditioner & Body wash in all showers. In addition, guests are advised to bring their own personal preferred bathroom products/amenities. Pools: Swimming Pool is an unheated salt-water/ chorine pool. Fires and Firewood: The Chalet does not feature an indoor fire. You can hire an outdoor fire pit from your Host for a fee. Firepits are permitted after the NSW Easter School Holidays up to before the NSW September School Holidays in line with NSW state fire restrictions. For guests wishing to BYO Firepit / Coal BBQ, Firewood / Coals, Kindling, and Starters, etc please seek permission from the Hosts before your stay. No Party Policy: All reservations operate under a Strict No-Party & Non-Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. This property is in a Rural / Residential Area. Failure to comply may lead to police-assisted eviction and/or extra charges being levied. Extra Guests / Visitors: The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number of people that are allowed to be on the property at any one time, including visitors. Visitors may be requested and if approved must be approved by your Hosts. A per person non-visitor charge may apply. Simply put, if Mum and Dad want to come over for a BBQ then we are likely to approve. If 10 extra people want to stop by we are unlikely to approve, which could put your booking at risk. We will always try to be reasonable with reasonable people within property constraints and House Rules. Shared Facilities: The Chalet is 1 of 5 cottages at Bluebush Estate. The Estate features some shared facilities available for all guests to enjoy including, but not limited to Tennis Court, Swimming Pool, Volleyball Court, Ping Pong, Grounds & Gardens. Your hosts, Lauren & Gareth live onsite at the Estate. Whilst The Chalet is entirely private with all windows curtained / Insurance: As always, but ever so more due to recent times, we strongly encourage any holidaymakers to obtain a very inexpensive 3rd Party Domestic Travel Insurance Policy to cover you for all manners of matters which may restrict travel. This is particularly helpful for things like Hunter Valley Concert cancellations, Covid or Medical and Other Emergencies for which we don't provide refunds, and anything which falls under our standard Terms & Conditions irrespective of the reason. We suggest reviewing policies with 'Cover-More' or 'Travel Insurance Direct' or 'Insureandgo' This property is hosted by the Business owners, Lauren & Gareth.
