Apartment 1 on the first floor

Our apartment is on the first floor, it has no stairs. It is located in one of Arequipa's most residential, modern, and safe areas. We are about a 15-minute drive to downtown and Plaza de Armas. Walking, we are 2 blocks from the San Pablo Clinic, also very close to the San Juan de Dios Clinic and the Arequipa Clinic. The space You'll love my place because of its cozy, finely decorated and totally private space for your complete satisfaction. It has 2 CONNECTED bedrooms separated by a 6mm glass partition and door and a curtain. One bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower. The other bedroom does not have a built-in bathroom but has another full bathroom with shower. There is a bakery in the same building where the apartment is located and next to it there is a store where our guests can stock up on groceries or toiletries that they urgently need. We are about a 3-minute drive and about a 12-minute walk from the Arequipa Center Mall where you will find Metro Supermarkets, restaurants, clothing stores, Banks, Cinema etc. and very close to two other very important Malls of Arequipa to find Saga and Oechsle stores Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, which is totally private and independent. Other things to note We have security cameras both on the street and at the apartment's entrance. The bedrooms are connected, separated by a 6mm glass sliding door and curtain. One of the bedrooms has a full bathroom with a shower built into the bedroom, and the other full bathroom with a shower is for the other bedroom but is not built into the bedroom
