We are on top of Herold's Bay Heights with magnificent 270° sea views. The flat is perfect for a tranquil breakaway. A variety of different activities can be found in the stunning Garden Route area. The pristine main beach is 5 minutes away by car or 20 minutes walking downhill. Oubaai Gholf Estate is only 3 minutes drive from our premises and a few other gholf courses are within 20 minutes drive. The space The 85m2 apartment sleeps 4 guests in two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a queen-size, extra length bed and the second bedroom offers two single beds. The flat has a full bathroom, which contains a separate shower and bath tub, and a fully equipped kitchen, which has the necessary facilities such as a fridge with a freezer, a microwave and a gas hob, an oven, a kettle and toaster, a food processor as well as crockery and cutlery for 4 persons, dish washing liquid and drying cloths. There is a washing machine and outdoor washing lines for the laundry. Bedlinen, duvets and pillows, bath and beach towels are provided, as well as beach chairs and beach umbrella. The Third Dolphin has a flatscreen SmartTV as well as WiFi. The outside paved patio area has barbecue facilities and a wooden table with benches as well as sun deck-chairs. There is one under-cover parking bay right next to the apartment and one next to the street at the entrance of the premises for guests to park their vehicle.
