The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain). The space The apartment is tiled in all rooms. The open living-dining room is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen including stove, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. Two bedrooms have boxspring double-beds (180 x 200 cm) and the children's room has a single bed (80 x 190 cm), which can be converted into a double bed (160 x 190 cm). All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes. A travel cot for babies can be added anytime. The bathroom has a bath, a rain shower, two sinks, a toilet and a washer and dryer that can be used for free. The large sliding door in the living area allows direct access to the terrace and gives the living room and dining room a particularly bright atmosphere. Guest access From the parking lot you can reach the main side entrance by a staircase or by a small slope. There is an elevator in the house. Other things to note The apartment has a garage, which can be used at no extra cost. If you arrive with two cars, one car can park in the garage and the other in front of the garage. A large TV is in the living area. Through the Sonos system, music can be heard in all rooms. The apartment is equipped with a bus system and data boxes are available in all rooms.
