Old house restored with good spaces, extremely clean, with comfortable rooms, toilet, kitchen and a very cozy living room, to relax with many books. It also has a balcony where you can enjoy a good breakfast and/or enjoy nature. Animals are accepted. The location is very good, about a 5-minute walk from several supermarkets, 10 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the city center. It is close to places for cycling, walking or running. The space While you're here, this will be your home! Old house recovered, with good indoor and outdoor spaces. The house is 5 km from Ria de Aveiro, 7 km from Furadouro beach and 15 minutes from downtown Ovar. It is located in a calm, quiet and good area for a relaxing holiday or to rest after visiting the cities of Porto, Aveiro or Coimbra. If you wish, there is a menu of typical Portuguese homemade foods, which you can order the day before. You can also enjoy the balcony with excellent rural scenery and very calm, where you can have breakfast or simply relax. There is also the possibility of using 1 or 2 extra single beds in the suite and/or living room. There is a possibility of renting bicycles (2). Other things to note The guest's place of stay is independent, but I will be living in the same house. If my children come to visit me, they will be accommodated on the guest floor, but they will not disturb you. Due to the large size of the house, guests can be at ease. The only shared areas will be the kitchen, living room, patios and laundry, if needed. For people who like to sleep late and are very sensitive to noise, I inform you that from 9 o'clock you start to hear noise from passing cars. In that case, it's best to come prepared with earplugs.
