Within a 10‑minute walk you can reach the Colosseum, Piazza Navona, and many other major attractions. The Vatican is also easy to reach: you can walk there or take the bus from the stop 100 m away—only four stops and you’re in front of St. Peter’s Basilica. Just 200 m from the apartment begins Via del Corso, Rome’s most famous shopping street. The space The apartment is located on the third floor of an elegant late‑19th‑century building (no elevator). It is a bright, fully renovated open‑space, tastefully furnished and designed for maximum comfort. The double bed is very comfortable, and the sofa bed can accommodate up to two additional guests. A fourth guest is accepted upon request. Guest access The apartment is quiet, bright, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay: air conditioning, a modern kitchen with new appliances (microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster), washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Towels, bed linens, toiletries, and a hair dryer are provided. Other things to note Check‑in is after 2:00 PM, but we are flexible with luggage drop‑off or early check‑in when possible. Before your arrival, you will receive detailed instructions on how to reach the apartment and collect the keys. Please provide an accurate arrival time to ensure smooth key delivery.
